Subcommittees
Six subcommittees drive much of the work within destination 39.3:
Events
Organizes the major events of destination 39.3, including The Bedford Music Festival.
Beautification
Supports the efforts of beautification projects, such as the FlowerBox/Hanging Basket Initiative, and coordinates with other beautification/improvement organizations in the Town.
Community Engagement
Supports established Town events, such as New Family Welcome event, and develops new engagement activities for residents with similar interests.
Policy
Develops and advocates for Town regulations/policies that support the mission of destination 39.3 and promotes business vibrancy in the three hamlets of the Town of Bedford.
Fundraising
Oversees the fundraising activities for destination 39.3, including individual outreach, grant writing and events.
Marketing
Supports the development of marketing-related materials for the organization and provides content for social media platforms.
