Staged Reading: Bill W. & Lois W.: Their Journey in Letters

The Stepping Stones Foundation will stage two performances of “Bill W. & Lois W.: Their Journey in Letters,” at 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the Walker Center for the Arts at The Harvey School. This inspiring play tells the eventful and hopeful life stories of Bill and Lois Wilson, the co-founders, respectively, of Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon Family Groups.

The play readings will support Stepping Stones, the National Historic Landmark at 62 Oak Road in Katonah, and feature acclaimed actors and local residents John Bedford Lloyd and Anne Twomey Lloyd among the cast of professionals. The play is composed of writings by the Wilsons from the archive at Stepping Stones where they lived from 1941 until their deaths. A free reception follows the 7:30 performance.
